THRIVE Youth Development Committee meets the 3rd Wednesday at 8:30 AM at Girl Scouts of MO Heartland, 1432 Kurre Lane, Cape Girardeau, MO. Membership is inclusive of various community entities and organizations, includes youth, ages 14-18, and is open to any interested individual or group.
