9 Creative Ways to Build Family Support
- Do something new together. Instead of a walk, go jogging…or skipping.
- If possible, eat at least one meal a day together.
- Choose a book to read together as a family. Each day read 10 pages.
- Ask about the highs and lows in your child’s day. Tell about your day.
- Every day show love through hugs, words, and smiles.
- Frame your child’s artwork and hang it on the wall.
- Give your child space to think, rest, and rejuvenate.
- Lie under the stars and talk about whatever crosses your mind.
- Write “family care” resolutions and keep them!
